A BOY IS

TRUTH with dirt on his face,

BEAUTY with a cut on his finger,

WISDOM with bubble gum in his hair,

and theHOPE of the future with a
frog in his pocket.

LITTLE GIRLS

Little girls are made of daisies and butterflies and soft kitty cat purrs

And all the precious memories of times that once were.

Little girls are made of angel's wings and giggles and a firefly's glow

And all the happy feelings, deep inside, that we all know.

Little girls are made of cinnamon and bubbles and fancy white pearls

And snowflakes and rainbows and ballerina twirls.

Little girls are made of sunshine and cupcakes and fresh morning dew,

And these are the reasons, little one, why everyone loves you.

Surgery

Yesterday went well.

It took 4 times to get the IV in and the 4th time it was the anesthesiologist who put it in. She was also amazing with the anesthisia. She gave me anti nausia and calming meds before I went to sleep - so nice and I even woke up nicely just sore. The nurses were awesome and so caring and considerate. When I started crying from nerves the anesthiologist patted my head and told me it would be fine and my nurse stood and held my hand until they put me out. I am such a baby!

I came home and was able to rest all day in bed with my percaset. Alex made dinner for everyone and kept the household together. I have to drink lots of gatorade and eat salty foods to prevent ovarian hyperstimulation. Today I am up slowly moving around. I ache a little but X-strength tylenol is cutting it.

Alex started giving me my progesterone shots - OUCH! this am. I also started my estrogen patch and still have a ton of pills. Over the next few days more shots and pills added. I go back sat. for my last procedure. Our babies are in the lab growing now and my thoughts and so many prayers are with them. I know Heavenly Father is watching over them for me...

I'm glad it all went well and you are onto the next stage. Still praying for you and the family-- and hang on there through those nasty shots! (How long do they last again?)
