That cute little ring bearer in the picture is Nic - he's grown a lot in the past 8 years :)!
Happy 8th Anniversary Alex!
Usually we celebrate by going out to dinner and then I make Alex watch our wedding dvd AGAIN! This year, our Anniversary was on William's scheduled c-section, which was at 8:15am. We were planning on celebrating our Anniversary by having our baby.
Instead we celebrated by Alex taking the day off. He took me to my 2 week OB incision check where all the nurses oohed and aahed over over William and were amazed at the amount of hair he had. I ran into ranch market and got some fruit and veggies while William and Alex waited in the car. We ran through a drive thru and drove to Desert Mtn park. We parked in the back, so I could nurse the baby and we ate our food. (William still can't go out in public places yet.) It was nice to have some quiet time together and relax after the past few crazy weeks.
We've had a wonderful 8 years together. We've had our ups and downs, our happy and sad times. But we've got through it all together and still love each other! Our rings were engraved with 1 word Eternity...and in our vows we promised to love each other for ETERNITY! I love you Alex, we are on our way to eternity, and I wouldn't want anyone else by my side to love and support me!
