That is what my little William is reminding me of. He gets hungry and his mouth opens and closes, he looks for mommy and moves his head around. He reminds me of a little baby sparrow in it's nest waiting for his mommy to come feed him.
Breast feeding is so miraculous. It blows my mind that my body grew this little baby and is now able to keep feeding him so he can continue to grow and develop.
I love my special feeding/bonding time with my little "sparrow".
Breastfeeding Ques.
Sometimes William is fussy after I eat something. I am not eating the obvious like onions, spag sauce etc. I have also eliminated fried food as the fried chicken I had been craving forever did not agree with him. But... could he be allergic milk? If I eat a piece of cheese or have ice cream he seems unusually fussy that night. Could he be sensitive to milk that I consume?

He could be sensitive to dairy that you are eating. I know the "experts" say that doesn't happen, but I have known people who couldn't eat dairy or their breastfed baby would get gassy or colicky. The best way to check is to take several days with you eating no dairy whatsoever and make sure you note William's reactions (or lack of). Then add it back in and once again, really pay attention and see if it makes him uncomfortable. You do have to give it several days each way to try and make sure that this is really what is bothering him.
