A BOY IS

TRUTH with dirt on his face,

BEAUTY with a cut on his finger,

WISDOM with bubble gum in his hair,

and theHOPE of the future with a
frog in his pocket.

LITTLE GIRLS

Little girls are made of daisies and butterflies and soft kitty cat purrs

And all the precious memories of times that once were.

Little girls are made of angel's wings and giggles and a firefly's glow

And all the happy feelings, deep inside, that we all know.

Little girls are made of cinnamon and bubbles and fancy white pearls

And snowflakes and rainbows and ballerina twirls.

Little girls are made of sunshine and cupcakes and fresh morning dew,

And these are the reasons, little one, why everyone loves you.

Goodbye 2012....

This is the last post in your 2012 memory books Nicholas, Justin, William, Jaxen and Emma.
2012 brought us our last little man and our first little girl. The birth Jaxen and Emma completed our family in a way we had only dreamed possible!

There has definitely been a transition, going from 3 to 5 kids, okay Mr. William lets be honest, since if you are reading this I'm sure you are an adult ;). You are my fun loving, twinkling eye, get whatever you want with the most beautiful smile. However, You. Do. Not. Like. To. Share. Your. Mommy!  You always want to be on my lap constantly when I am feeding the babies and want all my attention.Even at almost a year later I am still not a master of schedules and more often than not I am feeding one baby while the other pulls on my pants and cries. It has seriously been a test of my strength this year. I don't feel like I am being the best mom to any of you but I truly am trying my best.

Four important things I want you to remember:
#1 - Pray often. But please don't sit and wait for an answer. Heavenly Father wants you to get up from that prayer and start doing. You must learn to help yourself and as you are doing your answer will come...
So pray and then get out there and start doing! You have much to offer the world.

#2 - Don't wait to be asked to help. If you see something that needs doing, do it. Many times people need help and it is too hard to ask. So jump in and bring a meal. Offer to babysit. Offer to trim a tree. Bring a plate of cookies to someone with a smile. Offer companionship and friendship. Sometimes what is most needed is a friend to talk to. Be that friend. And if they say they are all set, do it anyway, they will feel loved.

#3 - Look next to you, who is there? Your brothers and sister. Cherish each other. Love each other. Stick up for each other. Forgive each other. Sibling love is incredibly special. You should always be able to look next to you and find each other there, no matter what may come to pass.

#4 - Dad and I Love you all. My heart is so full it sometimes hurts at how much I love you. Each and every single one of you!
