A BOY IS

BEAUTY with a cut on his finger,

WISDOM with bubble gum in his hair,

and theHOPE of the future with a

LITTLE GIRLS

Little girls are made of daisies and butterflies and soft kitty cat purrs

And all the precious memories of times that once were.

Little girls are made of angel's wings and giggles and a firefly's glow

And all the happy feelings, deep inside, that we all know.

Little girls are made of cinnamon and bubbles and fancy white pearls

And snowflakes and rainbows and ballerina twirls.

Little girls are made of sunshine and cupcakes and fresh morning dew,

And these are the reasons, little one, why everyone loves you.

Sick

The sick one - that would be me. This medicine - glucophage (sp) is making me want to bury in bed in never move! Constant nautious feeling and everytime I eat I go to the bathroom - and it's awful.

I guess this is so awful because I really don't get sick much. Plus I am lucky where my pregnancies never include the constant I'm going to be sick feeling.

But now I'm worried - and can't wait until Weds Dr appt. There must be something else to try. Plus although the med is keeping my sugar down during the day it's that dreaded morning # that constantly hovers around 115 and needs to be under 95.

I'm worried about becoming too dehydrated from too much bathroom usage, I'm worried about the size of my baby, I'm worried about his sugars when he is born, I'm worried about jaundice when he is born, I'm worried that they will have to give him a bottle to stabilize his sugars which will affect me nursing, I feel so bad for all the pricks in his foot he will have to have now to check his sugars. My poor baby :(

Poor Kristi...Hang in there, it will all be OK in the end. Your poor little bambino will be just fine. Justin & Kyle both survived all this too!

My mom was put on glucophage, and she ended up being allergic to it. It made her very sick, so sick we thought she was going to die. She threw up everything she ate. They changed her to a different medicine and she is fine, but it was very scary. Best of luck to you.
